Version 0.2 : General fix

This update fixes many things that were botched before the jam deadline:

• Fix horrendous texture quality loss (texture are now much better)
• Fix chase audio loop only playing on the first chase
• Fix audio in the winning sequence
• Fix audio of glitch effects
• Add azerty keyboard option
• Improve title screen
• Make artifacts a little bigger
